Like a parlay, a teaser is a wager that involves multiple games -- two or more -- and you must be correct in all of the games in order to cash your ticket and win the bet. Teasers allow bettors to move each point spread to a more favorable line in exchange for diminished odds. Teaser bets are common in football and basketball wagers. In football, the teaser lines will most likely be by 6, 6.5, or 7. Basketball lines are teased by 4, 4.5, or 5 points.
