To request a 1 year or 5 year self-exclusion from all internet gaming platforms in Michigan, click here and complete the Internet Gaming and Sports Betting Responsible Gaming Database Application.

 Please note:

1. If you self-exclude from Online Gaming or Sports through MGCB, you will be excluded from the entire FireKeepers online platform.
2. You will not be able to re-activate your account.
3. You will not be able to login to your account and you will not receive any promotional emails.
4. Your request cannot be reversed during the selected time period.
