Here are a few reasons why you are not able to access real game play:
- We have not been able to verify your identity. Go to My Account > My Documents to view if anything additional is needed.
- You are trying to play games through the web portal on a mobile device. Real Play is only available through our app on mobile devices.
- We are unable to verify your location. If playing on a mobile device, make sure that location settings are turned on and if playing on PC or laptop, verify that the Geo Comply plugin is downloaded and turned on.
