Process by withdrawal type:
FireKeepers Cashier Withdrawal:
- Go to My Account > Cashier. Select FireKeepers Casino Cashier.
- Once your withdrawal request is submitted, the Payments team reviews the request, and sends any necessary document(s) requests. Cage withdrawal requests are expedited for fast turn-around and will be reviewed soon after submission.

- For Cashier withdrawals an email will be sent for document requests; You can also see document request via the “My Documents” tab on your account.

- Supply the requested documents.
- The Payments team reviews and responds with an approval email* (cage receipt)
- Take that email to the Cashier at FireKeepers Casino Hotel in Battle Creek to be paid accordingly.

- If more / different documentation is still needed, you will be notified via email. You can also see if documents have been accepted, declined or requested via your “My Documents” tab on your account.

It is very important that your request has been approved and you have confirmation prior to coming to the Casino Cashier to pick up your cash. Failure to do will result in delays for review.
VIP Preferred withdrawal:
- Go to My Account > Cashier. Select ACH e-check/VIP Preferred.
- Follow the prompts to set up your ACH account and prompt withdrawal.
- The Payments team reviews the request, and if documents are needed they can be viewed via your account under the “My Documents” tab.
- Please note that you will not receive an email for the initial document request. It is a good idea to keep an eye on your account after requesting a withdrawal.
- Supply the requested documents.
- The Payments team reviews and if documents are approved and nothing else is needed the withdrawal will be processed. If documents are not approved, the Payments team will re-request by sending an email alerting that the document was unacceptable. You can also see if documents have been accepted, declined or requested via your “My Documents” tab on your account.
- Transaction is processed through banking account which may take 2-3 business days.
Play + withdrawal:
- Go to My Account > Cashier. Select Play +.

Verification Documents:
· Credit/debit cards: A copy of the front and back of the credit/debit card(s) used to fund the account. Ensure that all details are clearly legible to enable prompt and accurate verification. For security purposes, block out the middle eight numbers on the front of the card copy and the three-digit security code on the back of the card copy.
· Proof of bank account number (ACH): A copy of a bank statement with name and account number clearly visible.
· Proof of address: A recent document showing the player’s full name and address as registered on the FireKeepers iCasino & Sportsbook account. This may be submitted in the form of a utility bill or a credit card statement. If the document provided is a credit card statement, please block out the eight middle numbers of the credit card.
· Photo ID: A copy of a valid government issued passport, driver’s license, or state ID card. Ensure that the name, photograph, and signature are clearly visible on the document.

Bonuses may be withdrawn only after all Bonus Policy requirements have been satisfied.
