iOS:
The easiest way to access Live Chat on iOS is to click the account icon in the upper right corner of the app and then select Live Chat from the menu.
Then click “Chat with an agent”
Android & PC:
- Click the chat icon which is located in the lower right corner of the Casino and Sports homepages
- When the “How can we help?” box comes up, enter keyword or two about your issue. This will bring up any FAQs that may help. If you’d like to continue on to Live Chat then click the “Live chat” button in the lower left.
Troubleshooting:
If you see a question mark like the below instead of the chat icon then try refreshing the page/app a few times.
